Arena

This exceptional arena offers tremendous potential for large conferences and special events. Its attractive design, easy accessibility, landscaped grounds and spectacular views make it a venue that will be appealing for many types of function.

Auditorium

The auditorium can easily accommodate up to 200 people in comfortable seating.

This room is equipped with a P.A. system as well as a large screen, which allows for video projection or Power Point presentations. A video projector is mounted to the ceiling with the computer discreetly located at the rear of the hall. Patio doors open out to a paved terraced area.

There is an Induction Loop fitted for those with hearing difficulties. All areas for hire offer excellent accessibility for the disabled.

Lounge

This room is ideally suited for a group of up to 20 individuals and offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. Patio doors open on to a paved terraced area, which can be used during breaks.

Refreshments can be served easily from the kitchen, which adjoins the lounge.

TV and video facilities, a wipe board or flip chart can be provided for this room.

Parking

Ample on-site parking is available.

Baby Changing Facilities

Baby changing room with wc is available.

Kitchen/Catering

A well-equipped kitchen is available for hire. Alternatively, catering can be arranged for hot/cold buffet lunches.

Arrangements can be made for the provision and serving of refreshments and biscuits at any time during your meeting.

Secretarial Services

The Administrator at the centre is on hand between 9am and 12.30pm to send or receive telephone calls, faxes or emails, if required, during your meetings.

A photocopier is available for a small charge of 5p per copy. A flip chart, paper and pens can also be provided.
