CRB

Either Rachel Kittle or Josofene Dixon can complete your CRB form with you. This should only take about 20 minutes to do.


They are both available weekday mornings at The Ark. Please email rachel.kittle@thearkdover.co.uk or ring 01304 225737 to arrange a time to come in to the office. Alternatively, they will both be available the last Sunday of every month (Mission Sunday) after the service until 1pm to complete your form with you.


Three documents must be seen by the person completing your CRB form. One of these must include your photo eg driving licence or passport. Documents that may be used are listed over the page.


Your 3 documents can be made up of:

  • 1 from Group 1 plus any 2 from Groups 1 or 2

or

  • 5 documents from Group 2
     

You will also need to provide details of:

  • any previous names together with dates from and to;
  • any previous addresses with dates from and to, if you have been at your current address for less than 5 years.
